α-galattosidi

Noti anche come mwdgoligosaccaridi della serie del raffinosio, sono quei composti caratterizzati dal mwdwlegame tra l'α-1-6-galattopiranosio e il C6 del residuo di mweaglucosio di una molecola di mweqsaccarosio. La mancanza di un mwegenzima capace di rompere questo legame causa mwewflatulenza nell'mwfauomo e negli altri animali monogastrici.
